I'm not sure what to say for this one - here's another patch.

• If a test request to the CDN fails on Windows, it'll now prompt the user to install an AWS network certificate. This should fix issues certain people on Windows have with being unable to download content such as avatar items from the CDN.
• When images are downloaded, they will now return null if the buffer is empty instead of an empty Image object.
• Temporarily disabled using BBCode in chat until I can finish writing a proper fix for the parser exploits.
• Chat messages sent before player usernames load will no longer display bubbles.
